Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board has invited online application from eligible candidates for recruitment of  Samvidha Shala Shikshak ( Grade-I). Board will conduct written examination in two part for the selection of candidates.  candidates, who will fulfill eligibility criteria of  recruitment, can apply for available posts before its closing date. Salary – Rs 9000/- Per Month

Age – Applicants’ age should not be greater than 35 years and less than 21 years

Relaxation in age – SC/ST/OBC Candidates will get relaxation in age according to rule of government.

Educational Qualification for Samvida Shikshak posts – Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline with 60% marks ( 50% for SC/ST)  from recognized university and B.Ed or its equivalent in same discipline from recognized institution.If trained candidates are not available then untrained candidates will be considered for the post of Samvidha Shiksha Shala ( Grade – I)

Examination Fee – General / OBC Category candidates will have to pay Rs 500/- and SC/ST Category Candidates will have to pay Rs 250/- for examination.

Selection Procedure – Candidates will be selected for the teacher post on the basis of written examination to be conducted on 27th November 2011. To pass in examination, General Category candidates will have to obtain 60% marks and SC/ST Category candidates 50% marks for SC/ST.

1. Written examination will be conducted in two part part-A and part-B.

Applying online for examinations many problems of the students came to an end. The big problem in it was fear of not reaching the application sent from ordinary post or speed post. According to various newspapers, after Samvida Shikshak examination (Grade I,II and III) to fill  81000 posts of Samvida Shikshak (Contract teachers) in government schools in the state, the procedure of appointment will be held online.

Merit list of candidates in the examination will be made on the basis of the subject and by category. Available positions will be appointed based on merit list. This list will be valid for one year. The vacancies of Contract Teachers will be assessed by a district-level committee headed by the collector.

Administration will also send information of vacancies to the committee. Committee will send the information of all vacancies after preparing it category-wise, subject-wise and reservation-wise to Public Education Directorate.  The information of available positions will be put on Education Portal www.educationportal.mp.gov.in.

Selected applicants will be posted by online proceedings. It will be based on the option selected by the applicant in order of priority.

Based on this basis subject-wise, category-wise, and reservation-wise merit list will be available on Education Portal and other related websites. As well as it will be available at the appointing authority (district level).

Selected applicant will get his certificates re-checked by the appointing authority. From here only the concerned District Education Officer or assistant commissioner tribal development will be directed to take related applicant's presence, preparation of e-service booklet and training.

District Education Officer will send the applicant to join the school, after getting completion of all the formalities and training of the applicant.
